Facebook Page Admins: Easy Personal Post Work-Around

Facebook Page Creators and Administrators: Are you tired of your Facebook Page Posts hiding behind the Page’s logo?

Post with your Personal Profile Picture on Your Facebook Page

Here’s an easy work-around, as long as you don’t mind sharing information with your personal Facebook community:

  1. Post about the Facebook Page on your Personal Profile
  2. In that personal post, hot link the Facebook Page using the “@” PLUS “name of Facebook Page” linking function.
  3. When you share your post, Facebook will copy the post onto the Facebook Page you hotlinked… using your own Personal Profile Picture. Even if you created that Facebook Page originally or are a current administrator of it.

Voila — you get to talk as You and not just behind the Facebook Page Logo!

Meanwhile… I’m still hoping Facebook will solve the real problem and provide Adminstrator flexibility to determine if a post on a Page is written under the Page Logo or by us individually as a Fan.

What about you?
