Jing: Annotated Screen Shots Made Easy

Jing Help: Annotated Screenshot Illustrations

Example of Jing Screen ShotsI love it when I find an online tool that makes life — and communication — easier.

For some time now, I have been using Mac keyboard strokes to create screenshots, annotating them as needed using Adobe Creative Suite programs like Illustrator, inDesign and Photoshop.

This week, though,  I signed onto Jing to make video tutorials, and discovered its also a more time efficient screenshot tool to use for simple how-to lessons.

By way of example of using the Jing screen shots, see the illustrated how-to directions for Deleting Duplicate Linkedin Profiles, posted yesterday on this blog.

Meanwhile… expect to see tutorial videos from me that leverage them even further.

How are you using screenshots, Jing and more. Do you have a screen capture platform you prefer? Please share what, and why.
